Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to grow strategic accounts and drive services revenue. You will understand customer needs, identify IT solutions, and build relationships with key stakeholders across units.

You will also support tender submissions and collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive solutions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, plus experience in tender processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate Services Revenue & Profits through account coverage in strategic sector.
• Work on solutions-based selling and identify customer pain points.
• Perform bid analysis based on offered solutions and competitor landscape.
• Visiting customers to explain solutions offered and build relationships.
• Identify key stakeholders to grow reach across business units.
• Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the Account Manager position.
