Qualifikationen

• Min. 3 years of account management, middle office or client-facing operational role in the financial industry.
• Fluent in English; another language for Asia market is advantageous.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients.
• Develop and educate partners to strengthen relationships.
• Handle client queries and resolve escalations.
• Investigate complex partner requests with specialists and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and act as the voice of the client internally.
• Own small projects to improve or develop services based on client needs.
