Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in account management, middle office or client-facing operational role in financial services.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills for Asia market are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for day-to-day, operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients.
• Actively participate in partner development through education and guidance.
• Handle client queries and resolve escalations with timely solutions.
• Investigate complex partner requests with specialists and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and voice them within the organisation.
• Own small projects to improve services based on customer feedback.
