Saxo Singapore is seeking an Account Manager for its Institutional Service team in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and financial clients, delivering high-level service and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for daily operational queries, resolving escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to improve client experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of account management, middle office, or client-facing operational experience in the financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Be the key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients.
• Actively develop partnerships through education and proactive engagement.
• Handle client queries and resolve escalations efficiently.
• Investigate complex partner requests with specialists and stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and represent the voice of the client internally.
• Own small projects to improve/develop services based on customer feedback.
