Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Administration professional to join the Strategic Integration & Transformation (SIT) team. You will coordinate promotions and hiring panels, support integration initiatives across Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health and Administrative staff, and assist with key ceremonies and events.

The role also covers preparing appointment letters, maintaining staff access databases, and handling SIT queries to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Eager to learn and seeks clarity when needed.
Adaptable, resourceful, meticulous and shows initiative.
Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition.
Team player with high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Coordinate senior staff promotions and hiring panels.
Support centralised integration projects across Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health and Administrative staff.
Assist with event planning for SingHealth Doctors and Dentists Long Service Award ceremonies.
Prepare appointment letters for system access and maintain staff databases.
Address SIT queries and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
