Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a Senior Executive to coordinate leadership development initiatives and support programme delivery across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

You will manage nominations, liaise with trainers and stakeholders, maintain learning records, and track programme effectiveness, including the Health Economics Management Programme with Singapore Management University. You will also support budgeting, reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; L&D experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership development programmes end-to-end, manage nominations, liaise with trainers and stakeholders.
