Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager in Workforce Transformation within Advisory to lead a team delivering HR Transformation, Change Management, and People Analytics for clients across SE Asia.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, define delivery roadmaps, integrate AI-driven solutions, and help clients build resilient, future-ready organizations while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR, digital workforce tools, or automation platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, and People Analytics.
• Grow and add value to client portfolios through engagements with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Define and deliver strategies and roadmaps; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and outcomes.
