Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore seeks a senior HRTech consultant to lead strategic solution design across multi-module HRIS engagements and guide clients through HRTech transformation and integration.

You will act as a trusted advisor to CHROs and C-suite stakeholders, drive pre-sales activities, and oversee delivery governance while mentoring senior consultants and shaping the practice's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules. Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders. Guide clients through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Represent RA's delivery capability in client conversations and RFPs.
• Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs. Resolve critical project issues with senior stakeholders.
• Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies for the practice. Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing.
