Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, providing strategic counsel on people-related issues and driving workforce initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business goals, ensuring integrity, trust, and a high-performance culture.

In this role you will manage full life-cycle HR support, coach associates, monitor engagement, and lead organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
At least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain is advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent influential and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to proactively identify and solve issues to achieve goals.
Provide full life-cycle HR support in strategic and tactical capacities.
Collaborate with leaders to embed the people element of the business strategy.
Monitor employee engagement and coach associates at all levels.
Coach and influence managers to drive performance and change.
Manage people impacts of organizational change projects and deliver results.
