Hatch Asia Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Executive to join our regional team for a leading logistics partner. You will collaborate with BU Heads and regional HR leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years HRBP experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate goals into people initiatives.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving across diverse cultures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and coaching to business unit heads on talent management, performance development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to forecast manpower needs and lead end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Serve as an internal consultant, offering HR solutions and building stakeholder relationships.
• Support implementation of people initiatives including performance reviews, learning and development, and change management.
• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster engagement and accountability.
