You will oversee talent, performance, rewards, and organizational priorities, using HR data to turn insights into actionable decisions while collaborating with regional teams and centers of excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to support China operations.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities.
• Manage the employee lifecycle across the APAC Regional Office and China, including talent, performance, employee relations, development and succession.
• Support compensation and reward activities, including annual merit and salary review cycles.
• Analyze workforce and compensation data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Support regional HR initiatives, change and organizational transformation.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to deliver effective people solutions.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll activities and reporting for China.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture and positive employee experience.
