Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC Regional Office in Singapore, partnering with senior business leaders across the region and supporting HR initiatives in China.

This role focuses on talent, performance, employee relations, reward and organizational priorities in a fast-paced, multinational setting. You will influence stakeholders, leverage people data to drive action, and work across compensation, merit cycles, and regional HR

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Broad HR experience with exposure to compensation/reward and merit cycles.
• Strong analytical capability with HR data, workforce metrics and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities.
• Manage the employee lifecycle across the APAC Regional Office and China, including talent, performance, and employee relations.
• Support compensation and reward activities, including merit and salary review cycles.
• Analyze workforce and compensation data and provide actionable insights to leaders.
