Thales Singapore invites an experienced HR Business Partner to shape human capital strategies across aerospace, defence, and digital identity. You will partner with leaders to translate business goals into HR priorities, lead workforce planning, and drive organizational changes with robust analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Bring 8–10 years of HRBP or organization development experience in a complex, multinational setting; aerospace experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or organizational development.
• 8-10 years in HR business partner or organization development, aerospace experience preferred.
• Excellent consultation skills across multiple management levels.
• Ability to drive company-wide HR initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices with analytics or organization design experience preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., OD) is an advantage.
• Experience on company restructures; M&A; carve-out and integration preferred.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
