STMicroelectronics PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives across designated units. You will partner with management, provide data-driven insights, and help shape policies, programs, and processes through HR analytics.

In this role you will manage employee relations, guide line managers on performance, support talent development and internal mobility, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years as HR Business Partner.
• Experience in semiconductor front-end or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Align people strategies with business objectives for designated business units.
• Act as a key partner to management on HR topics with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics with the wider HR team to develop policies, programs and processes.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to line managers on performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Support development of employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
