Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE LTD is seeking a senior HR Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end people operations across the business.

You will own recruitment, compensation and performance management, build talent pipelines, manage employee relations, and guide organisational design and succession planning.

This role focuses on HR digitalization, people analytics, budget control, governance, and delivering strategic HR insights directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.
• 8–10 years HR experience, preferably in broad-based HR Manager or HRBP role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret HR and workforce data.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and partner with cross-functional teams and Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build effective talent pipelines, develop recruitment channels and conduct talent mapping for critical and management positions.
• Develop and manage compensation, incentive and performance frameworks, including salary reviews, performance appraisals and KPI setting.
• Oversee manpower budgeting, headcount planning and workforce optimisation, analysing manpower costs, productivity and organisation structure.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance improvement and termination cases, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
• Support organization design, succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, engagement and company culture initiatives.
• Drive HR digitalization, automation and AI adoption, leveraging HR systems and people analytics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Oversee daily HR operations, policies, employee records and governance, providing HR insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.
