PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive talent acquisition, payroll operations, and overall employee lifecycle governance in Singapore.

You will partner with management to align hiring strategies with business goals and uphold robust compliance across regional scopes. The role requires strong expertise in payroll, compensation design, and employee relations, with a track record of leading HR initiatives in multinational contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 3–5 years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll and incentive structures.
• In-depth understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with management to formulate hiring strategies that align with business objectives and promote employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR service delivery and governance during onboarding, performance evaluations, transfers, and exits.
• Manage payroll operations, ensuring precise and timely salary processing while complying with statutory obligations and auditing standards.
• Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review processes.
• Serve as an adviser on employee relations, handling disciplinary matters and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and manage audits, documentation, and compliance with internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that support business goals, while utilizing HR metrics to inform decision-making.
