DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Singapore to act as a strategic partner reporting to C‑level executives. This standalone leadership role offers ownership across all HR functions and a chance to build robust people practices in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leading recruitment, shaping compensation and performance frameworks, and driving HR digitalisation while ensuring compliance with local laws and MOM regulations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across recruitment, compensation, employee relations and organisational development.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean structure and influence at the senior leadership level.
• Experience with HR digitalisation, people analytics or data-driven HR practices is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end local recruitment to support business growth.
• Design, implement and optimise compensation structures and performance management frameworks.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives including workforce planning and operational efficiency improvements.
• Champion HR digitalisation through HR technology tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Develop and maintain HR data dashboards and analytics for evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
