Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development and engagement programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify talent needs and develop solutions.
• Lead development of performance management frameworks: goals, reviews, feedback.
• Design succession planning to ensure pipeline for critical roles.
• Create leadership development programs for all levels.
• Use HR analytics to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Mentor a team of talent management professionals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
