Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across recruitment, compensation, employee relations and organisational development.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean structure and influence at the senior leadership level.
• Experience with HR digitalisation, people analytics or data-driven HR practices is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end local recruitment to support business growth.
• Design, implement and optimise compensation structures and performance management frameworks.

• Champion HR digitalisation by identifying and deploying HR technology tools, including AI-powered HR solutions
• Develop and maintain HR data dashboards and analytics to support evidence-based people decisions
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
