Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and offboarding while driving process improvements with technology. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HR/recruitment are required; experience in financial or public sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and recruitment strategies.
• Cultivate partnerships with external entities and agencies.
• Manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Oversee exit procedures and offboarding logistics.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes using technology.
• Administer employee lifecycle records adhering to policies.
• Assist in various HR initiatives and projects.
