Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll, and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention for all staff levels.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance management and employee appraisals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting for decision making.
• Coach and mentor HR team for continuous development.
