Job summary

BIPO SERVICE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in Singapore, covering onboarding, payroll support and compliance.

The role requires hands-on HRMS experience, strong data integrity, and robust knowledge of local employment laws. You will support cross-border onboarding, government schemes, and employee relations with a calm, confidential approach. Qualifications

• Three to five years HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation — Employment Act, CPF and MOM work pass framework.
• Hands-on HRMS experience, with data accuracy at volume.
• Proven ability to manage fixed deadlines without prompting.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
• Clear written and spoken English with cross-country communication.
• Curiosity to question processes and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify new joiner details and maintain HRMS records.
• Prepare and issue employment agreements and related documentation.
• Manage Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM liaison.
• Coordinate onboarding activities from pre-boarding to day one and orientation.
• Administer employee insurance enrolment, changes, claims and renewals.
• Handle offboarding including resignation processing, exit documentation and interviews.
• Support onboarding of employees from Rest of World entities into HRMS.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and reflect lifecycle changes timely.
• Act as first point of contact for policies, benefits, leave and entitlements.
• Maintain HRMS data integrity, reporting lines, and system updates.
• Support employee relations and respond to audits with appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Coordinate consultants introduced to the business and manage invoicing.
• Prepare and submit government-paid leave claims and grant submissions; manage internship programmes and partnerships.
• Maintain complete HR records for audit and statutory compliance.
• Manage office facilities and liaise with building management; support ERP submissions and vendor coordination.
• Assist in process improvements and rollout to overseas entities, including training.
