Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to help develop and implement collaboration frameworks with academic partners, including IHLs and academic healthcare systems. You will coordinate across institutions to drive shared goals and prepare strategic materials for leadership.

You will also act as secretariat for the Academic Collaborations Council and steering committee meetings, coordinating agendas, minutes, and follow-ups, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management/ Life Sciences/ Engineering/ Arts with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in strategic partnership, stakeholder and/ or project management will be advantageous.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders of all levels, including senior management.
• Team player and strong collaborator.
• Meticulous with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of collaboration frameworks with academic partners.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events and activities with academic institutions and SingHealth stakeholders.
• Serve as secretariat for Academic Collaborations Council and steering committee meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and monitor progress.
• Prepare presentation materials on strategic and partnership matters and work with Legal on collaboration agreements.
• Facilitate and support academic collaborations planning and administration across partnership support and adjunct/visiting appointments tracking.
