Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR experience, healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record in HR business partnering and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR business partnering to business leaders and key stakeholders, offering practical advice and people solutions aligned with organisational priorities and business objectives.
• Advise leaders on HR policies, employment legislation and people matters, including performance management, manpower planning and resourcing.
• Partner Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans and organisational growth priorities, including compensation review.
• Lead annual manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring workforce requirements and financial objectives are aligned.
• Support organisational transformation and workforce redesign initiatives to enable business growth and evolving service delivery needs.
• Analyse workforce trends and people data to provide insights for workforce planning and risk management.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle through the HR team, managing enquiries, appointments, transfers and exits per policies.
• Lead and develop the HR team with direction, coaching and support to strengthen HR capabilities and service delivery.
• Drive employee engagement, talent and workforce development initiatives, supporting organisation design and high-performance culture.
• Strengthen HR governance by partnering with Group HR COEs and stakeholders on policies and programmes.
