RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape and deliver its Total Rewards strategy across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will be the go-to expert on rewards, guiding design through to execution as the business grows across Asia. Lead annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive cycles with market benchmarking and budget modeling; design and review benefits programmes to stay competitive and compliant; maintain job grading and pay equity across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• Hands-on C&B experience, ideally in manufacturing or semiconductors.
• Experience with Asia markets, Singapore and Malaysia is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel; HRIS experience.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

About the Role

Our client, a growing multinational in advanced manufacturing, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape and deliver its Total Rewards strategy across Singapore and Malaysia. As the business expands across Asia, you will be the go-to expert on rewards, taking the strategy from design through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Total Rewards framework across Singapore and Malaysia
• Lead annual salary review, bonus, and incentive cycles, including market benchmarking and budget modelling
• Design and review benefits programmes to keep them competitive and compliant with local regulations
• Maintain job grading, salary structures, and pay equity across the region

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong, hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally in manufacturing or semiconductor
• Exposure to Asia markets, with Singapore and Malaysia a strong advantage
• Solid analytical skills and advanced Excel, with HRIS experience
• Good understanding of local employment and statutory requirements
• Able to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
