Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking an hands-on HR Manager to lead talent acquisition and drive compensation and benefits across multiple entities. This role includes grants management, employee relations, and overseeing HR compliance in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in HR, with strong experience in recruitment and C&B, and at least 2 years in a team leadership role. A fast-paced, ownership-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Management required.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience with talent acquisition and compensation & benefits.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in Singapore.
• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation.
• Experience with work pass administration and employment regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Nice to have experience in a group or multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding and offboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions and professional networks.
• Manage and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance attraction and market presence.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, quality and processes.
• Oversee internship programmes, including coordination with educational institutions and programme tracking.
• Manage and administer government-related grants and funding schemes relevant to recruitment and workforce development.
• Oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and compliance with regulations.
• Support HR employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and talent retention efforts.
• Lead and mentor HR team members and ensure proper documentation and adherence to HR processes.
