Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related roles.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to global business leaders; translate priorities into people strategies.
• Partner with department heads on organisation design, workforce planning and talent decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs and improve hiring quality.
• Develop and track meaningful OKRs that drive business success.
• Drive performance management, feedback and underperformance processes.
• Foster a high-performance culture through accountable talent decisions.
• Identify talent gaps and development priorities and translate into initiatives.
• Coach managers to strengthen people leadership.
• Support organisational change and effective stakeholder communication.
• Own the people agenda for assigned departments with HR stakeholders.
