Job summary

Hinomi pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead HR across Hinomi and act as a trusted link between management and employees. You will strengthen HR processes and policies, improve hiring speed and quality, and build practical performance management, compensation and incentive frameworks.

In a lean team, you will own projects from design through implementation, ensuring HR practices are clear, consistently applied and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of HR experience with independent responsibility across HR activities.
• Strong practical experience in Singapore HR operations and local employment requirements.
• Experience building or improving HR processes and employee handbooks with implementation responsibility.
• Experience implementing performance management and compensation/incentive design through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment independently with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Review existing HR practices and establish practical workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement employee handbooks and policies with manager guidance and policy reviews.
• Coordinate location-specific requirements with stakeholders and advisers while maintaining company principles.
• Oversee core HR operations, employee records, data confidentiality, and payroll inputs coordination.
• Partner with management to define staffing needs and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Deliver onboarding with clear probation objectives and timely reviews of new-hire performance.
• Build and implement a practical performance management framework aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, evaluations and performance improvement.
• Connect performance outcomes with development, promotion and reward decisions.
