Job summary

Inchcape Singapore is seeking a Manager, People Business Partner to shape the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals and drive practical, data-informed HR solutions.

In this role you will lead workforce planning, organisation design and talent development, while ensuring compliant employee relations and a supportive culture. A collaborative, strategic partner is essential.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience including as People Business Partner or equivalent.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to build trust and provide credible advice.
• Experience in change initiatives and restructures with focus on people implications.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, providing pragmatic People advice and insight.
• Translate business strategy into a forward-looking People plan with clear priorities and measures.
• Use data and external context to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Lead workforce planning and contribute to annual people-cost forecast aligned with objectives.
• Advise on organisation design, role clarity, spans and resourcing options.
• Identify critical roles and develop succession pipelines and high-performing teams.
• Guide managers through performance, salary reviews and promotions with governance.
• Coach leaders on people-management, career conversations and inclusive leadership.
• Develop targeted plans including coaching, learning and internal mobility.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring compliant outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Lead local policy reviews and alignment with Group principles and local requirements.
• Partner with leadership to deliver engagement and culture priorities and effective communications.
• Design workshops and interventions to support the colleague lifecycle and manager capability.
