Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3–5 years of HRBP experience in relevant industries.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Mandarin with a global mindset.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Strong execution, service orientation, and sense of responsibility to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Learning agility to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Support dedicated departments by aligning HR initiatives with business strategies and implementing them efficiently.
• Identify opportunities and challenges; apply HR theories, tools, and methodologies to develop talent and manage performance.
