TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR People Partner to support HRBP teams across TikTok Engineering. You will help design people strategies that drive growth, innovation, and high performance, enhance engagement, and optimize performance management.

You will partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives, manage employee relations, mobility, onboarding, and talent development across regional teams, contributing to scalable and effective HR operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Operations or Generalist.
• Proficiency in HR systems, analytics, and performance management tools.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in employee relations and mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and provide actionable insights from HR data to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Lead system enhancements to improve HR operations efficiency.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliant resolutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
• Oversee documentation for employee mobility and transfers, ensuring policy compliance.
• Support onboarding and coordinate exit interviews for new hires and departing staff.
• Gather feedback and analyze trends to identify opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives with COEs and REF and support regional learning programs.
