Job summary

ESR Group in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support multiple corporate functions and business units. You will translate business priorities into practical people actions, coach managers on performance and employee relations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the HR Centres of Expertise to deliver a cohesive employee experience.

Based at our Singapore headquarters, you’ll engage with Group HR leadership, shape governance, organisational design, workforce planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Professional HR certification — for example IHRP-CP / IHRP-SP, CIPD or SHRM — is advantageous.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least four years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or senior generalist role.
• Experience partnering corporate and enablement functions alongside commercial or operational teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner to assigned Group corporate functions and Singapore-based units, building trusted relationships with function heads and leadership.
• Translate function and business plans into practical people priorities across structure, capability, resourcing, performance and retention.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially grounded advice balancing business need, employee experience, and governance.
• Coach managers through performance, organisation, and employee relations matters and collaborate with Centres of Expertise.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR / related field

HR certification (IHRP-CP/SP, CIPD, SHRM)

7–10 years HR experience

HRBP or senior generalist experience
