Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP responsibilities.
• Strong experience in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders across APAC and EMEA to drive org design and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, development, and people-related matters.
• Support executive leadership with HR insights and governance recommendations.
• Lead regional talent reviews and succession planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR policies, balancing global and local requirements.
