Job summary

GE HealthCare Technologies Pacific Private Limited in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to partner with regional leaders across ASEAN, Korea, Australia and New Zealand, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive sustainable growth and high performance.

You will guide workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession, employee engagement, performance management and change initiatives, providing leadership coaching and compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Leader supporting senior leadership.
• Experience across HR disciplines: partnering, workforce planning, org design, talent & succession, performance, employee relations, and change.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to regional leadership teams across AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand).
• Lead workforce planning and organization design to align structure with business goals.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide employee relations guidance, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions and ensure policy governance.
