Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a strategic HR professional to partner with regional leaders on people plans and drive engagement across the business.

You will advise leaders on performance, coach managers, and own end-to-end recruitment campaigns while ensuring compliance with local labour laws. You will manage HR systems, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processes for regional locations, and implement learning, development, and wellbeing programmes with the Global HR team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and functional leaders on people plans that support business growth
• Advise and challenge leaders, and coach managers on performance, employee relations and people management
• Use people data to spot risks and opportunities, and lead engagement and retention initiatives
• Support organisational change, restructures and transformation work
• Own recruitment campaigns end to end, update job descriptions and train line managers on hiring
• Manage the HR system, plus onboarding, offboarding and senior exit interviews
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Benchmark market compensation and manage benefits providers and plan administration
• Pull HR analytics for the management team
• Prepare payroll for relevant regional locations
• Roll out learning, development and wellbeing programmes with the Global HR team
• Keep HR processes compliant with local labour laws across the region
