Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a results-driven HR and Administration Lead for the Centre of Excellence for Soldier Performance (CESP). You will spearhead the HR and administration functions to support the mission of developing and maximizing soldier combat potential.

You will drive strategic HR plans, oversee manpower management, and oversee DXOs and Regulars\' development and deployment, ensuring a meaningful service journey for NSF and coordinating with multiple branches and satellite

Qualifications

• Education in Human Resource or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, especially in manpower policy, HR administration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of strategic HR plans.
• Oversee the full spectrum of manpower management.
• Manage the growth and deployment of DXOs and Regulars.
• Ensure a meaningful service experience for NSF throughout their service journey.
• Provide HR administration support across CESP branches.
• Assimilate and understand roles to provide admin support with limited resources.
• Support CESP staff across multiple satellite locations in Singapore.
