Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a proactive HR administrator to manage and supervise day-to-day HR administration operations for SAF Army camps in Singapore. You will deliver timely HR services while aligning with policies and statutory requirements.

Key duties include maintaining HR competency, updating processes to reflect directives, and ensuring effective service delivery across tenant units. Strong SAP skills and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant HR administration experience.
• Education in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in HR IT systems, especially SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
