Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks an HR administrator to manage and supervise daily HR operations for SAF Army camps. You will ensure efficient HR services, update policies, and maintain team competency within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR administration and services
• Education in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day HR administration operations
• Stay updated on HR initiatives and directions to ensure services remain relevant and effective
• Review and align work processes with prevailing directives and guidelines
• Maintain HR competency and knowledge management within the team
• Deliver HR administration services in accordance with established policies, processes and legislation

• Keeping abreast of the latest MINDEF and SAF directives and guidelines
• Reviewing and realigning work processes to remain in sync with prevailing rules and regulations
