Job summary

Coinhako in Singapore seeks a senior leader to own corporate strategy, partnerships, investor relations and special projects. You will drive initiatives end-to-end in a lean, decentralised setup, collaborating with the CEO, C-suite and heads of departments to scale the business.

You will lead overseas expansion, oversee high-priority projects across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, Trading and Operations, and manage partnership commercials and investor materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline; CFA/MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/VC, corporate development or management consulting.
• Hands-on deal execution experience, including due diligence and documentation.
• Ability to design/build/analyze financial models and conduct valuation analyses; strong finance fundamentals.
• Track record of originating and closing partnerships or commercial deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning initiatives and drive implementation of company strategy with the CEO and C-suite.
• Scope and scale operational processes, systems and people to support growth.
• Drive overseas expansion projects and manage high-priority special projects end-to-end.
• Originate, structure and negotiate partnerships with banks, financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and board.
