Job summary

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development leader to spearhead growth and expand market presence in Singapore. Reporting to the CEO, you will craft strategic plans, identify opportunities, and build strong client and partner relationships.

You will lead a high-performance team, provide training, and align efforts with marketing, product, and customer support. A deep background in private credit and investments, plus CMFAS modules, is essential for success.

Qualifications

University degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
CMFAS Modules 1A, 1B and 6 (Securities) are required.
10+ years of experience in Priority/ Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Fundraising.
At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Domain expertise in private credit, fixed income, debt instruments, real estate finance or alt investments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
Identify new business opportunities and markets.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales and business development team.
Build strong client, partner and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with MAS and data governance (PDPA).
Conduct market analysis and track performance metrics.
Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
Provide regular updates to senior management and coordinate with Marketing, Product and Support.
