Job summary

Think Grow is seeking a senior executive operator to join our leadership team in Singapore or Hong Kong. You will shape goals, plans and performance across product, revenue, customer experience and finance, building a coherent operating rhythm as the business scales.

You will work hands-on, managing systems and resourcing, driving discipline in governance and KPI tracking, and partnering with the CEO to steer international growth and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Senior operator with end-to-end operations experience.
• Strong financial and commercial insight.
• Ability to set goals, plans and track performance across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own operating cadence, goal setting, planning, and performance tracking across functions.
• Bring structure to day-to-day operations across product, revenue, customer experience and finance.
• Own systems, processes and resourcing to enable fast execution as the business scales.
• Support international growth and evolving operating model for new markets.
• Hold finance to a high standard of rigour; ensure decisions are data-informed.
• Own the annual operating plan, budget and cost base across functions.
• Partner with People Ops to align HR processes with the rhythm of the business.
