Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a strategic, commercially minded professional to drive strategy, business development and key partnerships across digital asset services. You will analyse markets, evaluate opportunities and prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, engage with clients and investors, and support the execution of growth initiatives while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a globally recognised university
• Strong academic record and high percentile standing
• 3–6 years of post-graduation experience in top-tier institutions or consulting
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese with excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Support the Group's strategic planning, business development and key decision-making.
• Conduct market research, competitive and financial analysis for new opportunities.
• Develop high-quality strategic presentations and partnerships pitches.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
• Engage with senior leaders, clients and partners to advance strategic initiatives.
