Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for partnership development, fundraising, marketing, communications, and volunteer management.
• Provide leadership and direction to the division and oversee its budget.
• Monitor and evaluate initiatives and adjust strategies.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, foundations, and government agencies.
• Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy including grants and events.
• Oversee marketing and communications to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Oversee HR-related aspects including performance management and staff development.
