Job summary

Antom in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to analyze the payment ecosystem, identify partner needs, and develop targeted growth strategies across industries.

You will drive commercialization, pricing, and incentive designs while coordinating with Finance, Product, Marketing, Merchant Services, Risk, and Tech teams to streamline onboarding, optimize processes, and scale merchant and user volumes in region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in operations or management.
• Experience in internet, airline/travel, e-commerce, or food & beverage with merchant operations.
• Strong business insight, data analysis, and goal-oriented execution to identify market opportunities and formulate strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in cross-border payments or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and strategy development with BD to identify needs and growth targets.
• Design commercialization strategies, pricing models, rebates, and product rollout plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Technology to optimize onboarding and operations.
• Track performance end-to-end and resolve onboarding/product issues for better retention and growth.
• Document and standardize processes; train BD teams and enable sales tools.
