Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) seeks a capable professional to support governance, operations, and transformation initiatives across the NUHS Cluster. You will coordinate governance forums, manage demand, prepare business cases, and generate dashboards to aid leadership decisions.

You will work with stakeholders across institutions and partner organizations, ensuring smooth execution of programs and effective information management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in governance, business operations or programme management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, meetings, committees and working groups, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
• Coordinate and support organizational transformation, service improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in demand management, portfolio planning and reporting activities.
• Prepare business cases, funding proposals and governance submissions.
• Consolidate information, prepare dashboards and generate reports for management decisions.
• Coordinate communications, stakeholder engagement and cross-institution collaborations.
• Plan and execute conferences, workshops, showcases and engagement sessions.
• Assist learning and capability development programmes and training administration.
• Support budgeting, procurement, funding coordination, and claims processing.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories for information management.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and ensure smooth program execution.
