Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior professional to lead clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement across RHSO and its partners. You will work with the Medical Director to drive agendas, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-up of issues.

The role involves overseeing clinical dashboards, credentialing, policy development, and compliance with national regulations and NUHS policies. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• 6–8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with leadership exposure.
• Experience in healthcare services and clinical quality improvement.
• Experience in managing medical affairs, clinical governance and/or quality management portfolio.
• Experience in preparing presentations/policies/papers.
• Strong in stakeholder management with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RHSO Clinical Governance Board and sub-committees with the Medical Director.
• Support credentialing, privileging and development of clinical governance policies and procedures.
• Manage clinical risk via incident reporting and medico-legal matters; escalate as needed.
• Oversee quality management activities and drive continuous clinical quality improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain regulatory alignment and standards.
