Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) invites applications for a Senior Executive, Clinical Operations at Tengah General and Community Hospital. You will contribute to clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resource planning to optimize patient journeys and access to care.

The role requires collaboration with clinicians and stakeholders to design workflows, lead workshops, and develop operational models aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical operations, inpatient operations or related areas.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at various levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with leadership qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing inpatient and operations input during user engagement workshops and hospital planning processes to optimize patient journeys.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to plan clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
• Contribute to road-mapping Tengah General and Community Hospital development across clinical service planning and resourcing planning.
• Work with consultants and internal stakeholders to design service flow and planning parameters aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to understand requirements and test models virtually and physically.
• Prepare end-user briefs, operation requirements, guidelines, and work processes; organize workshops to gather requirements.
