Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) Population Health & Community Care seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, System to manage healthcare information system workstreams. You will gather requirements, manage user access governance, provide system support, and coordinate rollouts across NGEMR, disease registries, and population health tools.

You will lead stakeholder sessions, ensure security/compliance, and generate data reports.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT or digital health.
• Experience with healthcare information systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and document functional specs.
• Administer user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365.
• Support access governance, reviews, audits and compliance.
• Provide first-line technical support and monitor system performance.
• Generate reports using Epic tools and assist with data validation.
• Support system rollout projects and user training.
• Coordinate maintenance and testing activities.
• Maintain logs and provide analytics support for population health projects.
