Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Recruitment Excellence & Experience across its institutions. You will define a future-ready talent acquisition strategy, govern end-to-end processes, and drive digital and AI enablement in partnership with HR stakeholders and the HR Tech team.

The role requires strategic advisory to senior leadership, strong change management, and the ability to build talent pipelines, enhance onboarding, and elevate candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment operations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or CoE initiatives.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive NUHS cluster-wide recruitment strategy and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Govern recruitment policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with MOHH and NUHS institutions on workforce planning.
• Lead multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Manage procurement for recruitment-related services.
