Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, System to lead and independently manage assigned healthcare information system workstreams, focusing on requirements gathering, user access governance, system support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will support system rollouts, testing, user adoption, and maintain security-compliant processes across NGEMR, disease registries and population health

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in healthcare information systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and maintain documentation.
• Administer user access provisioning/deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365 with security compliance.
• Support access governance, reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor system performance and provide first-line technical support; coordinate escalations.
